Birth doula support includes 2 prenatal meetings, continuous birth support and one postpartum visit, in addition to unlimited phone, email and text support and being on call for your birth. Support does not end after that last postpartum visit, so always reach out with any questions! Kelly is certified in TENS unit use during labor, is DONA Certified as a Labor Support Doula, is pursuing further certifications in prenatal yoga and more!

Also, if the birthing person is already a client, they can get a refund for the portion you choose to contribute that they can then invest in diapers, wipes and other necessary items that they may prefer to choose.

Placenta Encapsulation is the process of dehydrating the placenta, raw or steamed with herbs using the Traditional Chinese Method. While more research needs to be conducted to prove the benefits, anecdotal evidence dating back to the 1500's suggests the benefits in ingesting the placenta to prevent postpartum mood disorders due to the remaining hormones in the placenta. Includes pickup and delivery in the Denver Metro.

Our placenta tinctures are made using food grade glycerin rather than vodka for birthing persons who prefer to remain alcohol-free postpartum. Tinctures are highly concentrated and store for many years and may aid with PMS symptoms and menopause. (These take 6 weeks to prepare.)
Salves can be used for diaper rashes, burns and other basic skin issues and include beeswax and herbs for healing.

Broths can be made using the remaining juices after steaming the placenta for encapsulation. Kelly can also provide homemade egg noodles from her backyard chickens to provide a healthy, hearty postpartum meal. (Additional fee )
Placenta prints are created prior to processing the placenta as a keepsake for families and to show the beautiful tree of life design that provided life to the growing baby. These prints can be made on card stock or canvas (by request, additional charge for canvas).
Kelly is currently a 200hr certified yoga teacher, persuing further specialization in prenatal and postpartum support, as well as Ayruvedic nutrition to provide truly holistic care to the families that she serves. She will also be posting videos free of charge on the Prana Wellness and Doula YouTube.
